It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions of hire. By proceeding, you have understood and agree to the state zero policy below and the wider terms and conditions, relating to usage of specialist spaces (outlined in section 9).
State Zero Policy
All booked rooms operate a State Zero Policy, This means that all rooms must be returned to a set state after their use. This is to ensure that both Staff and Students find and leave the rooms clean tidy and working efficiently.
By making this booking you agree to the following:
- Once you have finished using the room it must be left tidy with chairs, instruments, music stands, and any other equipment put away.
- All equipment must be treated with respect and not removed from the room without a relevant technician’s approval.
- All rubbish must be removed from rooms after rehearsals or classes.
- You must report any faults with the room or equipment to the relevant department.
smarthub terms and conditions of use
As a user of this system registered or otherwise you agree that if for any reason you are unable to use smarthub for the intended purpose then you will contact your store via telephone, email or in person to resolve the problem. Siso Software Limited are not responsible or liable in any way for any errors, damages or any other loss caused by your usage of this system. For the avoidance of doubt this includes any loss howsoever suffered including negligence or fraud except where such negligence causes death or personal injury.
